Members of the Maui Police Department and the staff of Whalers Village will participate in a one-day joint agency emergency preparedness exercise from 7 to 8 a.m. today at the Whalers Village.
The training may involve an influx of emergency response vehicles and officers on property, as well as loud noises, police said.
Residents and visitors should avoid the training site unless they are an authorized participant, police said.
